What to expect
We aim to reply within one business day. Sales and support questions usually get a same-day response. More involved questions may take a little longer, but they get a real answer rather than a templated one.
If you are an existing FreshStore customer, the in-app helpdesk is often faster, since it routes straight to the right person.
We do not do sales calls or live demos. If you have a question that is hard to write down, send a short Loom or screenshot and we will reply the same way.
